This kit has been designed to enable the technician to adjust and check the timing of gasoline engines without the need for computerized timing tools. This is made possible by the use of : - a battery-powered digital inclinometer - precision alignment tools and adapters To ensure that camshafts are set according to the manufacturer's specifications. Multi-generation coverage: Compatible with a wide range of Engine codes, from 3-cylinder 1.0 blocks to the latest 1.5 TSi (EA211), including BlueMotion and ACT variants. High Precision Timing: Includes crankshaft pigs, camshaft locking tools and specific tensioner to ensure rigorous alignment in line with manufacturer data. ACT compatibility: Includes camshaft locking tools for engines with cylinder deactivation, a critical step in belt replacement. |
